Thank you for your interest in Sabella Studios.

As owner of Sabella Studios, I have made every effort to create a state-of-the-art facility located away from the hectic pace of Manhattan. With the personal help of Frank Commentale (designer of the Hit Factory), I was able to build an exceptional studio. Our unique suburban hideaway is a mere 20-minute commute from New York City, yet we house recording, production, mixing, mastering, editing, CD and DVD duplication, and artist lodging accommodations (if needed) all at one address--and we’re equally known for our homespun environment, one that encourages both name and unsigned artists’ needs to kick back and stay creative.

Both artistically and technologically, Sabella Studios has long been a well-kept secret. With direct ties to record companies such as Sony, Universal and RCA, we consistently produce young bands that get signed. The success of Marcy Playground’s  “Sex and Candy” and their signing to Capitol Records led to the release of their original Sabella recording as-is. Vibrant young talent along with the demo we produced for Nine Days generated interest that led to a deal with Sony 550. Also, in the ‘90s a slew of ska bands were signed after having their songs produced at our studio. Other bands continue to follow in their tracks. Our specialty lies in providing artists with radio-ready songs.

Our highly sought after Neve 8068 console with Flying Fader Automation is complimented with Pro Tools and a 24-track Studer A80 tape machine, all in the same room. Our studio’s outboard equipment--a noteworthy collection of classic analog and vintage tube gear--now unites both platforms providing your recordings with a unique, cutting-edge sound.

In light of the corporate downsizing and budget constraints of the recording industry, I believe there is no other studio in the metropolitan area that can offer the technological superiority and moderate rates of Sabella Studios. I am confident that you will find us extremely qualified to accommodate all of your recording needs.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,
